I’m here at 524 Third Avenue, living with my bride, Martha and we are trying to find ways to purchase this house. I mean there are more than one way, but working with a mortgage company in Anchorage means that I have to show more income than what was happening in the past two, three years. The potential is so good here with a large basement to install a studio for heavy sculptures and such. And the Anchorage properties are so much more costly to maintain and do upkeep. Well, I’d better not go into too much detail here before starting up on new posts within this area.
