Need to post!

The long drawn out vacuum of no words is thumping on my soul. Need to post! That goes on forever until there is indeed a need. What to post? Well, we are just sending Violet (our oldest granddaughter) and Jenny (daughter) their very late birthday cards and a little money thrown into the note and card. Their birthdays are July 29 and July 20. July 20 was when Catherine had her fateful spine surgery. Two rods implanted onto the external ridges of the vertebrae with connectors and screws. L1 was completely eaten up by cancer and so the small remainder of that was taken out by the neurosurgeon, Dr. Kim Wright. We saw him a few days ago and he is saying that Cate will have to be on her body brace for another three months. She is getting around fairly well nowadays. But is very skinny.
